COVID -19 Impact
Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the pandemic. Even though we dispatch the majority of cards on the same day we receive an order, delays of 1-2 days could have an impact. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any delays.
Delivery times & costs
Cards (UK Delivery)
All card will be sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery. The vast majority of cards sent this way arrive the next day, however, this is not guaranteed and delays can occur.
Prints (UK Delivery)
We send all of our prints via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days, however, this is also subject to delay.
We send all of our prints via Royal Mail standard delivery. Expected delivery time is 3-5 working days if the card is being sent within the EU, and 5-7 working days for any country located outside of the EU.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to send prints to any country outside of the UK. We hope to be able to do so in the near future.
Circumstances beyond our control
zendit shall not be liable for any failure to deliver goods where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
Customs, duties and taxes
zendit will not be held liable for any duties, taxes or any other payments whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of its goods to another country. All such costs will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.
